FREEDOM OF WRITERS HANDBOOK
Milan Tresch Stories – a community of freelance writers
Writing is not just a craft – it is a form of survival.
A person writes when they can no longer say something, but they don't want it to disappear forever.
This is how stories become heirlooms.
Milan Tresch Stories was created to protect and uplift those who write stories but don't want to get lost in the publishing machine.
We're not building a business - we're building a community.
A space where the writer is not vulnerable, but a partner in the process.
In today's world, most publishers claim the rights, profits, and decisions for themselves,
while the creator, without whom nothing would be created, stands at the end of the line.
We are reversing this ratio.
With us, the writer is at the center – all rights, every word, every decision are his.
The Writer's Freedom Handbook is not a contract, but a protective shield and compass.
It shows how to create with dignity, legal certainty, and community strength.
How to build a creative oeuvre in a way that won't be taken away from you, either on paper or mentally.
We don't just publish books, we support people,
who believe that words can still heal, connect, and remind.
This community is not about who sells how much –
but about who contributes how much to the world.
If you are reading this, you are already part of this movement.
You may have written one book, you may have written ten –
but the point is, you don't give your voice to anyone.
This manual is designed to remind you:
the writer is free as long as his story is his.
Closing remarks
The story of "Two Girls on a Bench" showed that real literature is not about money, but about humanity.
Milan Tresch Stories aims to convey this message – not only in books, but also by example.
A new era of independent writers is beginning now – and you, my friend, are one of its founders.
