Milan Tresch Stories books are always made to order.
After printing, the books are packaged and mailed personally, so each copy is handled with care.
Shipping methods
We send the packages as registered mail using the Hungarian Post or courier service.
We will send you an email notification of all orders and mailings.
Delivery time
Delivery is usually within 7-14 business days after placing your order.
In the case of international shipping, this time may differ, but we will provide separate information about this.
Shipping fee
The shipping fee within Hungary is based on the current postal or courier service rates.
A separate shipping fee applies for international deliveries.
In case of damaged package
If the book arrives damaged or defective, please notify us at contact@milantreschstories.com.
We will review each case individually and provide an exchange or refund if necessary.
Return and Exchange Policy
Milan Tresch Stories books are always made to order, therefore a general right of withdrawal cannot be enforced.
At the same time, it is important to us that every reader is satisfied with their order.

If the return is approved, the goods must be returned to the address provided at your own expense.
The purchase price will be refunded after the package is returned.
