Welcome to Milan Tresch Stories!
This site is the official online store for Milán Tresch's books, where each copy is individually made - directly by the author.
Order process
Purchases are made via PayPal or credit card via a secure payment interface.
After receiving the order, we order the book from the printer, and after it is completed, we personally receive it, package it, and mail it.
The entire process typically takes 7–14 business days, and all customers will be notified by email about the mailing.
Shipping and delivery
The books are carefully packaged and shipped as registered mail.
Delivery is carried out by the Hungarian Post or courier service.
Shipping fee within Hungary: according to the current postal rates.
A special rate applies for international delivery.
Satisfaction, exchange and refund
Each book is made to order, so there is no automatic right of withdrawal after placing an order.
However, if the buyer receives a damaged or defective product, or is dissatisfied for any reason after receipt,

We will review each case individually and provide an exchange or refund if necessary.
Data management
We use the personal data provided exclusively to fulfill your order and maintain contact.
We do not pass on the data to third parties and do not use it to send newsletters.

The purpose of data processing is to send ordered books, invoicing and maintain contact with the customer.
We do not pass on the data to third parties, unless it is necessary for the delivery (e.g. Hungarian Post, courier service).
2. Data retention
Purchase data will be retained for a maximum of 1 year, solely for administrative and warranty purposes.
After that, the data will be deleted.
3. Data security
The website operates over a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and payments are made through the PayPal / Stripe system, where we do not see or handle card details.

We accept requests for data modification or deletion at contact@milantreschstories.com.
We will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
5. Newsletter and marketing
The website does not currently send newsletters or use personalized marketing tools.
